A time is only offered when the whole production can run: the room, camera kit, microphones, engineer, and the setup and teardown windows around your recording are all free. No partial bookings, no surprises on the day.
Yes. Every confirmed booking comes with a manage link. You can reschedule to any verified open slot or cancel from the chat — cancelling releases the room, kit and engineer for other sessions immediately.
Our engineer Ravi Fernando is on every session by default. He keeps the rig patched, cameras matched and levels clean so you can focus on the conversation.
No. The Main Studio stays rigged — two cameras, four mics, lighting and treated acoustics. You can add an editing package when you plan your session if you want the raw footage turned into a cut.
